ContractorQuoteKit is a web-based tool that helps contractors create professional proposals and quotes. We offer Free and Pro plans.

3. Accounts

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials. You must provide accurate information when creating an account.

4. Payments & Refunds

Pro Monthly subscriptions are billed monthly and can be cancelled at any time. Pro Lifetime is a one-time purchase. We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee for all paid plans — contact us to request a refund.

5. Acceptable Use

You may not use ContractorQuoteKit for any unlawful purpose, to generate fraudulent documents, or to abuse our infrastructure. We reserve the right to suspend accounts that violate these terms.

6. Intellectual Property

The content you create in ContractorQuoteKit (your quotes and proposals) belongs to you. The ContractorQuoteKit software and branding belongs to us.

7. Limitation of Liability

ContractorQuoteKit is provided "as is." We are not liable for any damages arising from your use of the service, including lost business or incorrect quote calculations.

8. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms at any time. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance.
